Owners File for Arbitration on Trump Tower

According to In Business Las Vegas, some 300 units filed for arbitration against Trump towers claiming the company didnt deliver what was promised. Here are some of the key points from the article:
- The units were larger than they were. * direct from article
- Trump Tower had more floors and greater height than what the tower has.
- Trump would build a 2nd tower and the units in that tower would be sold at a higher price.
- That celebrities were considering buying units in the tower
- How rental program fees would be split and supposed occupancy rates and rental program cost.
