Title: Playing the Housing Slump: Is It Time to Make Your Move?
A great quote from the article states, “Financial lore says you should buy when there’s blood in the street — which suggests real estate is a bargain, because there’s blood all over the neighborhood”
This is very true because the market is a constant cycle of events from a Sellers Market to Moderate to a Buyers Market.
Real Estate creates true wealth over time due to the fact their is a limited supply. If you look at markets like Manhattan, NY the prices have gone down a bit but are stable due the fact there is no more land.
Las Vegas is somewhat similar even though we are in the middle of the desert. We are locked by mountains on three sides and much of the land is preserved.
